BCB eliminates Zimbabwe's financial problems
Zimbabwe was the last match in the tri-series today (Friday). Hotel bookings are available for them till September 25. However, they have to stay for two more days. But Zimbabwe does not have the money to rent an extra two-day hotel! BCB has come forward to solve this problem.
Zimbabwe, the highest controlling body of cricket in Bangladesh, has decided to cover all costs including hotel fares in the days ahead. BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury confirmed the matter on Friday.
Bangladesh and Afghanistan have already confirmed the final in the tri-nation Twenty20 series. Zimbabwe were eliminated from the series after losing three matches. They won their last match on Friday. Hamilton Masakadza has finished his international career with this match in Chittagong.
